Reservation: Credit Card and contact details will secure booking and guarantee payment
Check-in After 14.30
Check-out By 10.30
Cancellation: Guest House up to 1800 48 hours and Apartments up to one week prior to
arrival, without charge.
For late cancellation or 'no show' in the Guest House up to 2 nights and in the
Apartments, 1 week will be charged.
Early Departure: Notice by 10.30 48 hours for the Guest House and 1 week for the Apartments
prior to new departure is required or cancellation charges will apply.
Payment: Cash, Cheque or Credit/Debit Card, weekly or monthly in advance.
Damage: In the event of damage, we reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement or
cost of item concerned. Smoking inside the building will incurr a charge for
professional cleaning
Privacy: Any personal details taken at time of booking or throughout the stay, are
not passed on to any other party.
Liability: We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal possessions , unless
proven to be a negligent act on our part
